Madeleine Mortimore
Global Education Innovation and Research Lead, Logitech
A highly impactful researcher and practitioner, Madeleine Mortimore is the Global Education Innovation and Research Lead for Logitech, where she leads research on EdTech hardware to create products that holistically optimize learning and teaching. With years of experience as a classroom teacher in the U.S., the U.K and Spain, Madeleine has developed curriculum for grades 4-12 and served as a strategy associate at one of the largest online high schools in the U.S. Her research experience includes positions at the MIT Teaching and Learning Lab and with the Chan Zuckerberg ‘Reach Every Reader’ initiative. Madeleine has a Master of Education from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education, where she launched an EdTech startup at the Harvard Innovation Lab.
Colene Hardy
Instructional Technology Specialist, Deer Path Middle School
Colene Hardy is an award-winning educator who has worked in public schools for almost 20 years, as an English teacher and a technology coach. Colene has two master’s degrees in education and is currently seeking her Ed.D. in Instructional Technology with the American College of Education. She has presented on EdTech around the midwest, including at the Northern Illinois Computing Educators conference and the Association of Illinois School Library Educators conference. Colene has worked on three different teams that received innovation awards. She is a lead learner, insatiable reader, mom, teacher, and adventurer. She is currently fawning over the potential of 3D technologies in education.

George Couros is an Innovative Teaching, Learning, and Leadership Consultant and speaker and author of the “Innovator's Mindset,” and “Innovate Inside the Box.”' He is also the co-owner of IMPress Books. He has worked as a K-12 teacher, technology facilitator, school and district administrator, and is currently an Adjunct Instructor with the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania. George holds a Bachelor's of Education degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
