Christelle Harding is an Instructional Strategist Coordinator and New Educator Program Coordinator for Decatur Public Schools in Decatur IL. In her almost 25 years in education, she has found her mission in providing student-centered coaching and leading teachers to reflect and grow into effective and happy teachers.
