Larry began his career with Rockingham County Public Schools in the Harrisonburg, VA area in 1997 as a middle school social studies teacher and coach. He served in this role for five years before becoming a school administrator in 2002. He served four years as assistant principal at Montevideo Middle School. In July 2007, Larry was appointed as principal of South River Elementary School. During his tenure, the school became one of the most decorated in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Reading Coach, Maloney High School in Meriden, CT
Beth teaches reading support classes which provide reading intervention to 9th and 10th graders. She also provides daily coaching support to English teachers at her school. This is her 20th year of teaching; she has both elementary and high school experience, serving 15 years as a 5th grade teacher and the past 5 years in a high school setting.

Susan's 25 year career in education started as a classroom teacher. That position led to roles as a reading coach, assistant principal at two elementary schools and a middle school.
